Blenheim is the name popularly given to Blenheim Palace, a vast stately home open to the public, located outside the village of Woodstock in the English county of Oxfordshire. Blenheim is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country, on account of its sheer size and opulence, its proximity to the nearby university town of Oxford and its strong associations with Sir Winston Churchill, Britain's wartime prime minister (Churchill is bured nearby in the village of Bladon).
