Dealu or Oroszhegy (Template:Lang-ro; Template:Lang-hu) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania comprising 7 villages:
- Dealu/Oroszhegy
- Fâncel/Székelyfancsal
- Sâncrai/Székelyszentkirály
- Tămaşu/Székelyszenttamás
- Tibod/Tibód
- Ulcani/Ülke
- Valea Rotundă/Uknyéd

Demographics
The commune has an absolute Székely (Hungarian) majority. According to the 2002 census it has a population of 2,837 of which 98.48% or 2,794 are Hungarian.Template:Communes of Harghita County
