Eddy County is an agricultural county, in the northeastern quadrant of North Dakota. It has a population of 2,757 people and an area of 642 square miles (the smallest in area in ND). Its county seat is New Rockford. It has 3 cities and 17 townships. Eddy County is centrally located, about 2-3 hours drive from the four largest cities in the state, Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks and Minot.
