You can walk from Selcuk. It is a 4km walk in a pedestrian way. Some pensions and hotels in Selcuk offer rides to Ephesus and you may even take a taxi, although it may be expensive.

There are two cafes/souvenir shops at the far end. It is a good idea to bring your own food and picnic because of the high prices they charge you. Note that inside the recint you cannot buy food or drink.
