Gosport

Gosport is in Hampshire and is on the western edge of Portsmouth harbor. It is a predominantly a dormitory town for Portsmouth and although it is not really a primary destination in its own right it does have a few worthwhile attractions.

===By Road=== Leave the M27 at Junction 11 and follow A32. Note that at rush hour this is a busy road with long delays. ===By Ferry=== The Gosport Ferry across the harbor mouth is the most convenient way to get from Portsmouth. Cost £1.60 return.
