  • The Blue Mosque - Tomb Of Hazrat Ali, cousin and son-in-law of Prophet Mohammad. At nightime the Mosque is lit by coloured lights. However the homeless make the park surrounding the Mosque their own so it may not be a good area to walk around for a closer look at this time.

Do

Do a holy prayer and your wishes will come true.

Eat

  • Between the Farhat Hotel and the Blue Mosque there are food stalls on both sides of the road. Places tend to close when the sun goes down. Bagels with greens, tomato and french fries are very tasty. Fruit shakes can be had too to wash it down along with soft drinks and tea.
