Port Augusta, dubbed as the "Gateway to the Outback," is in South Australia.

Port Augusta is a small town of about 20,000 people 300km from Adelaide at the top of the Spencer Gulf. The Gulf divides the West and East towns with a The city center and main commercial street on the East side with lots of shops and supermarkets and small malls

The town has a Coal Power Station about 10km away from the town that suppiles power to the town and surrounding areas.
