Southwestern BC includes:
- Lower Mainland - Vancouver and the Surrounding Municipalities.
- Fraser Valley
- Sea to Sky - Vancouver to Whistler and points in between.
- Sunshine Coast - On the mainland, but accessible only by ferry.
- Vancouver Island
- Southern Gulf Islands

Cities
- Vancouver is the primary city in this region. There are a number of attractions in North Shore (Greater Vancouver) as well.
- Whistler a recreation destination that offers skiing in the winter and many other outdoor sports all year around.
- Victoria the Provincial Capital.
- Nanaimo
- Ganges the main town on Salt Spring Island.
