Tilburg
From World travel guide
Tilburg is a large city in the south of the Netherlands, that started to grow during the industrial revolution, when wool factories were set up, thus making it the wool city of the Netherlands. Because wool was treated with urine during processing, employees had to take a bottle full to work every morning, which gave the Tilburgers their nickname Kruikezeikers.

Drink
Since Tilburg has a University and several undergraduate schools, the city has lots of places to have a drink.
for example:
Most places are to be found in the center of the city in three areas all within a 1 kilometer radius
- Heuvel and Heuvelring, most disco's and dance facilities are located here, but also some restaurants.
- Korte Heuvel, which is actually a small street but packed with nice and cosy café's. This is my personal favourite.
- Piusplein, with apart from housing the local Mc Donald's also has a number of café's and restaurants.
