Urals (region)

Urals it is a common geografical name of the area of Russia around the Ural Mountains range. It is a vast territory which includes Ekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk Oblast, Perm and it's region, Chelyabinsk and it's region and parts of the polar areas. The Ural mountains are ones of the oldest mountains on Earth and are generally not very high, more often looking like large hills, though there are some taller ones, too. Travellers to Urals won't miss Ekaterinburg (often spelt Yekaterinburg), usually it is a starting point of any trip to Urals.
